Conditions for the replacement of goods

1. Purchased goods in the online store www.window-film-shop.com are subject to replacement in the following cases.

1.1 Received volume or quantity less than specified in the order.

1.2 The product was damaged in transit.

1.3 An error occurred, the seller sent the wrong product to the buyer.

1.4 An error has occurred, the size of the received film does not match the ordered.

2. Request for a replacement product

2.1 You can claim a replacement product within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

2.2 An application for the replacement of goods is considered to be an e-mail to the address info@window-film-shop.com. The letter must indicate

2.2.1 Product name, order number and date of purchase.

2.2.2 Specify the reason for the replacement (Choose from the list above: Clause 1.1 or clause 1.2, 1.3, 1.4)

2.2.3 Attach 4 explanatory, clear photos from different angles.

2.3 The seller of the product may ask for additional information and additional photos.

3. Procedure for returning goods in case of Clause 1.2

3.1 After receiving an email confirming the replacement of the product, go to your account on our website, find the order with the returned product, find the return button next to the returned product and follow the instructions.

3.2 Please pack the goods, providing guaranteed protection against mechanical damage during transportation.

3.3 The transport of the returned goods is carried out by the seller. The buyer will be notified of the day and time of pickup of the parcel.

3.4 The buyer undertakes to hand over the returned goods to the carrier.

4. The procedure for returning goods in the case of Clause 1.1, Clause 1.3 and Clause 1.4

5.2 The seller can make videos and record all his actions, the condition of the returned goods.

5.3 Partially or completely used goods or tools are not accepted.

5.4 Goods with damaged packaging will not be accepted (you must inform in advance if the package was damaged).

5.5 Partially or completely damaged films will not be accepted.

6. Sending goods to the buyer in exchange for the returned

7. The seller may refuse to replace the goods

7.3 If the returned films have scratches or creases.

8. Terms for returning goods

8.1 Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
