Eligibility for Product Exchange

You're entitled to exchange items from under these circumstances:

  • 1.1.Received less than the quantity ordered.
  • 1.2. The item was damaged en route.
  • 1.3. Incorrect item dispatched by the seller.
  • 1.4. Discrepancy in the size of the received film compared to what was ordered.

2.To initiate an exchange, follow these steps within 5 days of receipt:

  • 2.1. Contact the seller by emailing, including:
  • 2.1.1. Please specify the name of the product, your order ID, and the purchase date.
  • 2.1.2. Specify the basis for exchange (refer to points 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, or 1.4).
  • 2.1.3. Attach four distinct photos showing different perspectives of the product.
  • 2.2. The seller may request additional details and images.
  • Process for Returning Damaged Items (Referencing Clause 1.2)

3. Procedure for the buyer to send the product to the seller.

  • 3.1. Upon confirmation of exchange via email, log into your account on the website, locate your order, select the return option for the relevant item, and adhere to the provided guidelines.
  • 3.2. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
  • 3.3. Return shipping is managed by the seller, who will inform you about the collection schedule.
  • 3.4. Be prepared to hand over the item to the shipping agent.

4.Upon return receipt, the seller will:

  • 4.1. We'll thoroughly inspect the product.
  • 4.2. There's a chance we'll document the inspection and detail the product's state.
  • 4.3. We'll decline it if it's partially or completely used, or if the packaging is damaged.

5.Replacement dispatch timeline:

  • 5.1. The seller, upon receiving the product from the buyer, is obligated to resend the product within 7 working days from the moment of receiving it from the buyer.

6.Exchange refusal scenarios include:

  • 6.1. Poor packaging leading to damage during the return process.
  • 6.2. Signs of product usage.
  • 6.3. Presence of mechanical damage due to the customer's careless handling of the item, such as folds in the window film, creases, and kinks.

7.Products ineligible for return:

  • 7.1. Custom-made items, such as window film tailored to personal dimensions, cut according to the customer's measurements. 
  • 7.2. Items that have been altered or separated from a whole product. For example, window film cut from a full roll.
